Dublin 'Champions' Tour - March 2003
Day Two - Saturday |

Not at all drunk(!) but just happy by the pub atmosphere, Beccs Ladies began to have some
fun around the pub.
Soon news of Beccs Ladies presence in the Aulde Dubliner had spread far and wide, and
before long we were joined by a number of 'real' rugby players, some of the England A
players who had unfortunately lost to Ireland A the night before.
The ladies began to impress the boys with questions to Simon Shaw including "Are you Welsh?", "Do you work out?" and "Do you play rugby". Mark Regan was asked "What is your name?"..oops! Still the boys didn't seem to mind and began to enjoy their drinking with Beccs Ladies.
All hell seemed to break loose for the next few hours with Mark Regan proving how rubbish he was at 'I have never' and Martyn Wood having to down a pint after being terribly clumsy and knocking a drink over. Simon was serenaded by Paddy with the 'Simon Shaw Song' and all the lads were terrible, pestering Beccs ladies for photos and kisses and all sorts.
During the course of the afternoon, Simon, Martyn and Fraser promised that they would come down and do some coaching with Beccs Ladies. I sure hope they remember that now...and get in contact soon..!
