Dublin 'Champions' Tour - March 2003
Day Three - Monday - The Aftermath.. |
|
|
Monday morning dawned bright and early with just about everyone starving hungry and a
MASSIVE breakfast was had by all.
Stan entertained us by falling downstairs and a strange looking street entertainer was
having a few problems with the wind so we had to help him out.
Later on we managed to find Le Café Seine only to be told the England team had been there the
night before - if only!
The trip wouldn't have been complete without a trip back to the Aulde Dubliner to see the cheerful and friendly bar-man
there. Seamans day was made when she found the makeup she'd lost on Friday and Foxy suddently woke up and went mad
when she found a man at the bar. Paddy decided she had a lot of time for a lot of ideas.
It was soon time to leave for the airport, to a nice Australian air-hostess and someone at the front who needed a sick-bag.
Stan decided she wanted a photo of 'that island' you can see from the plane and soon Beccs were winging their way back to
West Wickham.
There was just time for Lardina to rehearse a little more river-dance and do a final legless version with Paddy before everyone went home to bed for a well-deserved nap.
All in all a very successful and enjoyable Tour which will definately be repeated next year to Italy or France.
Some details in this tour report have been glossed over on purpose. Other details have been glossed over because we can't actually remember anything.
Some names have been changed to protect the innocent and girlies remember What goes on Tour stays on Tour..
