14th September 2008 - Beccs Ladies play friendly at home to Worthing
Beccs Ladies warmed up nicely for their new season with a friendly at home to Worthing Ladies.
Putting into play some of their new moves and working hard to prove that pre-season had been good, Beccs came away with a
22-10 win. Rebecca Broadhurst finally got to make her debut at flanker and it was well worth the wait as she ran in two tries. The other two try scorers were flanker Lizzie D'Angelo and centre Jay Sperry with prop Sally Gordon making one conversion.
A big welcome to Charlie Emuss, Katie Lunnon and Anita Oliver who all made their debuts in this match!
Beccs Ladies first League match takes place this Sunday 21st September with a visit to Tonbridge Juddians - please come and support us!
